The development of approach to the Key Efficiency Indices as for the staff development at a science-intensive enterprise

Abstract:
In the given work, the author proposes his method of adapting the method of key performance indices to the development tasks of science-intensive enterprises. This problem is relevant due to the combination of the processes of introduction of foreign management methods by Russian enterprises and also due to the existing attention to the innovational development of the country. For the solution of this task the author discusses the methodological grounds of KEI system (Key Efficiency Indices), its implementation in the methodology of the innovational development program. After that the author discusses the peculiarities of science-intensive enterprises management and the main problem – staff potential development. Finally, the author proposes to adapt KEI method to the task of staff development at a science-intensive enterprise. In result, author’s approach to KEI system oriented towards the solution of the task of staff and personnel reserve development at a science-intensive enterprise has been formed.
