Abstract:
In the given article, the present state of rental housing market in the Republic of Tatarstan is discussed. The author has analyzed variants of rental rate formation per sq. m. and determined the earning capacity of an apartment renting operation. The example of rental housing construction has been considered and the main economic efficiency indices have been calculated. In order to increase the efficiency of such projects, the author has proposed a complex of measures for state authorities and investors. The materials of this article may have practical significance for the representatives of the investment and construction complex.
