Abstract:
The article tells about the significance of company culture as the tool for Russian company management under modern conditions. The author has revealed the relationship between the system of values and ethical standards underlying the company structure with some aspects of the company management practice that are still underdeveloped in many Russian companies. Based on the conducted analysis the conclusion is drawn that formation of the system of values and ethical standards within the strategy of the company culture development, development or implementation of its strategy in the area of the corporate social responsibility shall increase the level of certain aspects in the practice of the company management. This article can be of interest for owners and heads of joint-stock companies as well as for researchers studying issues of company management improvement.
