Abstract:
The article will be interesting to researchers in the area of business risk management. It reviews methods for improvement of risk management approaches. Recommendations for companies of the food industry are suggested within the area of finding of the risk management subject and building of the optimal organizational structure as well as introduction of tools for risk management related to the growth of problematic account receivables.
