Abstract:
Regulations concerning illegal enterprise remain a matter of fierce disputes. There are certain viewpoints according to which these activities should be “criminalized”. Crime-forming features of illegal enterprise are often criticized and have no unified interpretation. The Object of the research is public relations related to criminal protection of the relationships arising in respect of the registration and (or) licensing of entrepreneurial activities. The Goal of the research is to reveal and study the problems of interpreting of objective and subjective characteristics of illegal enterprise and its differentiation from other crimes and administrative offences. The study has been performed with use of the historical, systemic, comparative and logical scientific methods. Eventually, the author has formulated the direct Object of Illegal Enterprise and specified its facultative objects.
