Abstract:
Nowadays, the formal or informal bound structure is traditional for the business practice. The concept of “holding” or a “holding company” is just a general name for companies that are somehow related to each other. At this, companies will look legally independent because the law does not suppose merging of related companies to the single group. The article reviews specific features of formation of holding structures in Russia. The article will be interesting for entrepreneurs, economists, researchers in the sphere of enterprising economy.
