Abstract:
The central issue of the research is the processes of formation and implementation of the Russian state industrial policy in the part of stimulation of industrial modernization due to the wide use of leasing. The purpose of the research is to improve the methods for implementation of the Russian industrial policy based on the effective use of leasing. The subject of the research is social and economic relations established during formation and implementation of the state industrial policy with the use of leasing as its tool. The theoretical base for the research is the main provisions of the economic theory, systems theory and systems analysis. Implementation of the suggested investment solutions will enhance the development and effectiveness of the activity of Russian industrial enterprises. The research results may be useful to experts in the area of management, investments and finance, who deal with the issues of attracting investments to the Russian industry. The main provisions and materials of the article may also be helpful to those who study investments, leasing and economy of enterprise.
