Abstract:
This article examines the complexities and comparative aspects of public-private partnership (PPP) in Russia and Europe in the light of growing budget constraints and the need for significant investments in public infrastructure. PPPs are seen as a promising strategy to promote economic growth and technological progress, as they allow for the sharing of risks and costs between the public and private sectors.
The study examines the legislative framework, historical development and practical implementation of PPPs in these regions, examines both unique approaches and common problems that have to be faced. The purpose of the study is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the potential benefits and pitfalls of PPP models, as well as to identify areas for improvement and best practices.
