Abstract:
The development of modern civilization is closely connected with the process of digital transformation of national economies, because the digital economy holds great economic and technological potential not only for business, but also for the population as a whole. That is why the implementation of the national digital economy project in Russia is accompanied by changes in the external contour of the organizational environment. At the same time, Russian companies do not have time to adapt to rapidly changing conditions and lose their competitiveness, which raises urgent issues of timely digital transformation of their management systems and the rationale for this process. This article presents an adapted management system that reflects the current key trends in the digital transformation of the economy, as well as the potential impact that a particular company can receive. In addition, the article contains the authors' methodology for assessing the level of digital transformation of a company. The article will be useful to those interested in raising and considering issues of the digital economy and its impact on the activity and development of modern companies.
