Developing housing construction strategies based on the concept of sustainability and eco-oriented development

Abstract:
The authors of the article propose an approach to solving the problems of the national green housing construction market in Russia and in its individual regions by ensuring the reproduction of green housing stock through long-term sustainable housing construction according to green standards.
A review of the modern concept of the construction industry sustainability was carried out. The authors analyzed the problems of green, energy-efficient construction and eco-development in the Penza region. Taking into account the approaches of integrated development and trends of sustainable development, the concepts of urban development were considered. The results of the approbation of the green GOST certification system for residential real estate are presented.
The article is aimed at scientists, students, postgraduates, doctoral students, top managers, state and municipal employees and housing experts interested in improving their competencies in the theory and practice of sustainable eco-oriented development of territories.
