Abstract:
The article presents the main trends in the field of social and labour relations between an employee and an employer when the former performs his duties remotely. It is shown that the trend towards organizing remote workplaces is, on the one hand, unstable, but on the other hand, it is probably uncontested, since remote workplaces are an effective way to optimize costs in the business model of an enterprise. Statistics show that employees with higher education who are at a younger age are more likely to use opportunities for remote work in an enterprise or organization. In addition, the list of key aspects that require additional regulatory and legislative clarification when organizing remote workplaces is listed.
