Abstract:
Since people and their abilities are the foundation of an organization's competitive advantage, planning and implementing strategies, including human resources, becomes the focus of all managers in the business. This article discusses the basics of strategic planning as a socio-economic mechanism for managing the potential of employees' professional productivity in business organizations. The purpose of the article is to develop a socio-economic mechanism for managing the potential of employees' professional productivity in business organizations in the framework of strategic personnel planning. The methodology of this research is based on such research methods as systematization and generalization, structural-logical, and graphical analysis. Results. The article offers a mechanism for managing the potential of employees' professional productivity in business organizations, taking into account the interests and needs of business entities, consisting of goals, objectives, subjects, methods, principles, criteria. This mechanism includes a strategy for developing the potential of personnel's professional productivity, a strategy for the effective use of human resources, as well as a strategy for the development of social and labour relations. The article also defines the principles of the strategy for using the labour potential of an entrepreneurial organization, which include: efficiency, justice, social partnership, industrial democracy, responsibility of employees to the organization, responsibility of an entrepreneurial organization.
