Abstract:
The paper provides an analysis of the current spiritual dimensions of national power and power of the Russian state, which to a dominant extent determine the whole complex of economical, political, demographic, social and other components. The authors consider the effectiveness of the mass media as the most important component and, at the same time, the only one of all types of resources that are directly related to the life of society, performing reproductive and productive (creative) functions and are responsible for the processes taking place in society, as well as creators-politicians.
