Actual issues of implementation of national projects in Russian industry

Abstract:
The article discusses the causes of problems with the implementation of national projects, which lie in many planes of functioning of the Russian economy. Authors show that the system of their administration is a significant area with the inhibition of implementation of national projects. The complex architecture of the interconnections between federal, regional projects and state programs is difficult in practice project management. The second reference area of the braking program of implementation of national projects seen as the lack of equal interaction between the state and business. Primarily this factor influence on the formation of a breakthrough industrial development of small and medium enterprises.
