Abstract:
The article considers the main factors that determine the features of the workforce policy at the current stage of labour relations development, which are largely due to changes in requirements for employees and the need to attract talented specialists to ensure the competitive advantages of the organization. One of the sources of talent provision is the creation of its own internal talent pool. Special attention is paid to the transfer of accumulated experience and professional knowledge from the older generation of employees to young professionals, taking into account the degree of age discrimination and the level of organizational identification of the most vulnerable age groups of the organization's personnel. The development of an internal mechanism for transferring knowledge from the older generation of employees to young professionals allows us to solve the issues of extending the employment of employees of the pre-retirement age category. The article analyzes and systematizes the results of domestic and foreign scientific research in the context of the problem under consideration.
