Abstract:
Сontentious situations, staff shortage and financial difficulties - it is not a complete list of the problems faced in one way or another by the catering market in the Murmansk Region. According to the author, creation of an information and consulting center will solve this problem. Such support to the entrepreneurs of the industry will boost the competitiveness of catering products and improve effectiveness of the regional economy as a whole.
