Abstract:
The issues of innovative development of regions in the modern economy are considered. The importance of the innovation potential of a region for formation of innovative development is reflected. The method of assessment of the innovative potential of the regions on the basis of statistical data is proposed. The results of implementation of the proposed method on the example of three regions of the Siberian Federal District are presented. The rating of indicators of the innovative potential of the regions under study is given.
