Abstract:
The key to innovative growth of Russia should become a permanent state cooperation, science and business: make sure the trilateral cooperation of state enterprises, universities and private companies. Should be taken to ensure that Russia and Russia's science industry grew up together, fueling each other. The author proposes the establishment of organizations that promote such cooperation, provides the functions of such organizations and considers the question of financing.
