Abstract:
The participation of entrepreneurs in public procurement at the head of supplier companies is characterized by the influence of a number of risks, the assessment and analysis of which increases the likelihood of effective participation and execution of the purchase. Unsatisfactory performance of the contract terms by the supplier threatens to lose potential income and current balance sheet financial and material assets. At the same time, the risks of losses arise at certain stages of the cycle of work with public procurement, and the consequences of their occurrence are felt both in the short, medium and long-term perspectives. On the example of a number of small manufacturing companies, the article identified potential risks and losses of various threat levels that arise at the main stages of participation and execution of public procurement. Their characteristics and classification are given. The control measures are proposed.
