Abstract:
The issues of the formation of digital competencies of personnel of the subjects of the system "education - science - production" are considered. The expediency of using the competency-based approach to the formation of the intellectual resources of the system is substantiated, and the analysis of the standards of the educational process implemented in the digital space is given. The digital skills of the personnel of the subjects of the system “education - science - production” are described, and their structure is given. The relationship between the digital literacy of staff and its digital competencies is established. The prospects for the development of digital competencies of the subjects of the system "education - science - production" are identified. A model for the formation of information and computer competence of students of a military educational organization is proposed.
