Abstract:
The article analyzes the creation of international structures that provide organized recruitment, training and direction to work in the Russian Federation of Uzbekistan citizens, organized movement of migrant workers, gained professional and cultural training in complex doemigratsionny centers. Such training of migrants is a major mechanism of adaptation and integration of migrants into Russian society. The system of organized recruitment of migrant workers and the employment of citizens in Russia is the key factor of adaptation of migrants into Russian society. The article discusses the basic concept and mechanisms of introduction in practice of principles of the organized recruitment and attraction of foreign labor. The special attention in article is paid to the characteristics of the centers doemigratsionny training in the countries of origin of migrants and their inclusion in the international network to provide services in the areas of labour migration. The author emphasizes the need to create digital management platform organized recruitment of foreign nationals should include a personal account of a migrant worker.
