Abstract:
Reducing the risk management decisions can not be fully solved by the automation of the process. Therefore, only the development of internal and external freedom in deciding helps reduce errors, improve management decisions and reduce risk. The article shows that the manager is the main element of self-tuning risk management systems, but at the same time, he and a risk factor.
