Abstract:
The investment attractiveness of the region is the basis for forecasting and regulating the inflow of investments. The main indicator by which you can evaluate the investment attractiveness is the investment rating. The Republic of Tatarstan has been a leader in this indicator for many years. Construction and development of industrial parks is an effective mechanism for creating such infrastructure that will make the region attractive for investors. In recent years, there has been a significant increase in the number of parks. According to this indicator, the Volga federal district and the Republic of Tatarstan excel among Russian regions. Many industrial parks of Tatarstan occupy the first places among Russian parks. The industrial profile of the Republic determined the parks' production orientation. To date, we already have experience in the construction and operation of industrial parks. This experience allowed to reveal some tendencies of their work which need to be considered for further successful functioning of parks and as a result to correct development of the region in which they are situated, increasing attractiveness for investors. The materials of the article can be useful for domestic and foreign companies that plan to place their production in such a way that their investment projects have increased their economic and financial performance.
