Abstract:
In modern conditions, the choice and justification of the optimal organizational option to improve the efficiency of interaction between the main institutions of the innovative economy, such as science, education and business, becomes relevant. The authors substantiate the formation of scientific-educational complex using the basics of network interaction. Network interaction allows to solve the problem of finding new ways of development and the sources of competitiveness for businesses, and the integration with the scientific-educational sphere and the state in terms of collective activities, complementarity of resources allows each subject of the network to obtain a synergistic effect. In order to develop the organizational form of the scientific-educational complex, the analysis of existing methods for assessing the effectiveness of its functioning is carried out
