Abstract:
Studies on the assessment of personnel potential of educational institution, implementing educational programs of higher education, are given; the analysis of the determinants of human potential is carried out; a mathematical model of an estimation of personnel potential is developed; the scenarios of the development of human resources are shown; estimation of efficiency of scientific and pedagogical workers by types of activities is evaluated; a hierarchical classification of employees in terms of their activities is carried out.
