Abstract:
The necessity of improvement of the sphere of labor activity on a number of the main directions generating its efficiency and axiology is proved. It is proposed to monitor the efforts of the state aimed at the real transformation of the sphere of labor activity, the implementation of the "requirements" of the basic law of functioning and development of this sphere, according to two indicators designed by the authors, such as: the level of human development and the level of humanity of human elements (factors) of labor.
