Аннотация:
Данная работа посвящена анализу основных проблем, связанных с неоднородностями пространственно-регионального развития России и способов их преодоления. В качестве инструментария развития периферийных регионов страны предлагается создание условий для развития местного производства посредством формирования соответствующего инфраструктурного обеспечения и программно-целевого планирования

Abstract:
This work is devoted to the analysis of the main problems associated with heterogeneities of spatial and regional development of Russia and ways to overcome them. As a tool for the development of peripheral regions of the country, it is proposed to create conditions for the development of local production through the formation of appropriate infrastructure and program-target planning.
