Abstract:
The paper identifies and analyzes the conditions in which the conversion of defense industry organizations will be carried out in the near future. On a practical example it is considered how, carrying out conversion, it is necessary to consider specifics of an external environment of the defense industry organizations and key competences of the organizations.
