Abstract:
The work is devoted to the analysis of the problems of regional development of our country in the context of globalization and the action of international sanctions. The main attention is paid to the identification of the theoretical basis of the causes of heterogeneity of regional development, based on the provisions of the system and historical and genetic analysis.
