Abstract:
The article deals with the system of corporate governance, ensuring the formation of an effective system of motivation. The impact of the achievement of key performance indicators on the implementation of strategic goals and objectives of the company, as well as the amount of funds allocated to stimulate employees, based on the results of their achievement, was assessed. The algorithm of using a complex system of indicators to assess the efficiency of employees of JSC "Russian Railways" is considered.
