Digital and information technologies in enterprise management: the reality and the future

Abstract:
In the new paradigm of development of the world economy, digital technologies are considered as the main productive resource that determines the growth of the welfare of society. The use of modern computer and information systems by organizations and, above all, enterprises of the real sector of the economy is the most important condition for their effective functioning in the digital economy. The article presents the conclusions on the analysis of the state of informatization of Russian organizations, systematizes the advantages and risks of the main segments of the digital economy ecosystem; the factors hampering the digitization activities at domestic enterprises are updated . The constraints include: the high cost of solutions; the existing gap between the technical support of companies and the requirements for IT-equipment to work in the digital environment; the lack of qualified specialists in this field; poor quality data that do not meet the expectations of the leaders of some companies in an instant breakthrough; concerns about the confidentiality of information and the risks in case of its leakage. The development of digital financial technologies in Russia is also slowing down due to the lack of an appropriate legal framework, a cautious position to digital financial instruments and transactions with them by the Ministry of Finance, the Bank of Russia, the Federal Security Service. To overcome these factors, the efforts of all participants in the ecosystem of the digital economy in accordance with the functions and tasks assigned to them by this system are necessary. The results of the study can contribute to the development of the paradigm of the digital economy, the central elements of which are the ecosystem, socio-economic and legal relations between its subjects.
