Abstract:
This article deals with the problem of assessing the readiness of higher education institutions for digital transformation. As a result of the analysis of Russian and foreign experience in the implementation of digital transformation, the authors determine the key requirements for the architecture of the University, including its it infrastructure; business process management; human resources; the use of available financial instruments. For each aspect of the study, the authors developed a list of criteria based on the analysis of best practices and current trends in the development of digitalization of universities. Also, the article presents a visualization tool – a dashboard that makes it easier to analyze and monitor the readiness of the University to digital transformation. The proposed multi-criteria approach to evaluation may be of interest to higher education institutions planning or starting projects of radical transformation of activities through information technology, as well as researchers in the field of management of innovative development of educational organizations.
