Industrial parks as a tool for implementing industrial policy

Abstract:
The article deals with the implementation of industrial policy at the regional level. Currently, the global trend of development is the grouping of industry within certain territories, which are united by a common direction of development, and common access to resources and having common management. The paper discusses the features of industrial parks in the Lipetsk region.
On the basis of the analysis of the experience of industrial parks of the Lipetsk region, implemented in practice, organizational, economic, financial schemes and management models of enterprises, as well as legal support of the process of creation and development of industrial parks, a basic model of functioning of industrial parks is developed. The authors identified the key problems of competition of industrial projects.
This article can be useful for researchers, graduate students, as well as representatives of the authorities dealing with industrial policy.
