Abstract:
The article deals with the rational use of working time as one of the conditions of labor efficiency; the author's block diagram of increasing labor productivity through better use of working time is given and the examples of calculation for one of the Samara enterprises are provided. The algorithm of the analysis of efficiency of use of working time and an assessment of reserves of growth of labor productivity is presented, the main directions on improvement of use of working time at the enterprises taking into account the reasons of its losses and unproductive expenses are given.
