Abstract:
Purpose: based on the analysis of literary sources, as well as international experience, investigate the effects of digita-technologies on the relationship between the participants of a business process. Materials and methods: the methodological basis of this article is literary sources on the study of the influence of digita-technologies on the relationship between the participants of a business process. In this article, applied methods such as analysis and synthesis, systematization and comparison. Results: this article defines the essence of digital franchising and entrepreneurship, as well as the impact of digita-technologies on the relationship of participants in the business process. Conclusions: to date, many have come to the conclusion that digital franchising is one of the priorities. Digital franchising is a very convenient model of business organization on the Internet. That is, with this method of doing business, an entrepreneur buys a well-known brand, and he has ready-made ideas on room design, product mix, guidelines for action and proven successful methods, you have someone to consult on various aspects and complexities of business. In the end, all this reduces the risks of starting a business and allows you to invest less in advertising your own business. Digital franchising works great in FMCG and HoReCa, in IT-technologies, etc. Application: the findings and research results can be used in studying the impact of digita-technologies on the relationship of participants in the business process.
