Abstract:
Purpose: the purpose of the article is to substantiate the methodology and methods for assessing the effectiveness of construction organizations. Materials and methods: in the article, in the methodological aspect, modern theories of market economy, development and regulation were used; methods of structural and functional analysis and systems approach, groupings, graphical and tabular methods, a system of economic laws and scientific assumptions. results: the study developed a system of indicators for assessing the effectiveness of construction organizations, including financial, social, corporate and legal indicators. The criteria and formulas for calculating financial coefficients are given. conclusions: the allocated system of complex assessment of the efficiency of the construction organization will eliminate a number of shortcomings of existing systems. The main advantage of using a comprehensive system of performance indicators is the disclosure of information about the actual state of affairs in the company, as well as the ability to identify bottlenecks in the real business of the organization and determine the factors of strategic competitive advantages.
