Abstract:
The article substantiates the role of technical re-equipment of industrial production as the basis of innovative development of industrial enterprises in the conditions of formation of the digital economy and the transition to a new technological order. The problem of technical re-equipment and introduction of lean production technologies at the enterprises of domestic industries requires an integrated approach. The principal approaches to the technical re-equipment of production at industrial enterprises based on the characteristics of production, as well as the choice of equipment and technologies that ensure the validity and rationality of this process (technical re-equipment on the subject principle, technological principle, the principle of integration of information and technological systems), are determined. Recommendations on the application of these approaches, depending on the characteristics of production and the state of the transition process in the production system, are suggested.
