Abstract:
The article talks about the need to find new ways to improve the competitiveness of modern organizations. The study is devoted to the development of renewable resources of the organization. The article reveals a special role of the human capital of organizations, substantiates the urgency of improving the quality of human capital in modern organizations. It shows the proposed elements of the model improve the quality of human capital of the organization in an innovative environment. The article also reflects the importance of system management emotional intelligence in organizations. WE fixed separation of the functions of knowledge management in the context of improving the quality of human capital in the organization.
