Abstract:
The article is devoted to the study of the use of lean production model in the modern health care system. Lean production (lean production) or LEAN technology-the concept of production organization, focused on creating value for the consumer, by improving staff and eliminating all types of losses. Lean health care is a health organization project that aims to create a self-developing health care system that allows you to achieve a high level of quality of life by minimizing all types of losses. The article presents the basic organizational principles that form the value of lean production technology. The definitions and classification of lean health care instruments were formulated in the following areas: culture, rational use of processes and materials, quality, productivity. Recommendations were developed to reduce the resistance of the team to the introduction of new technologies.

Статья посвящена исследованию применения модели бережливого производства в современной системе здравоохранения. Бережливое здравоохранение — это концепция организации здравоохранения, направленная на создание саморазвивающейся системы охраны здоровья, которая позволяет достичь высокого уровня качества жизни, посредством минимизации всех видов потерь. Развитие данного проекта позволяет объединить теоретические и практические наработки, с целью оптимизации и рационализации ресурсов, в системе оказания медицинской помощи.
