    Abstract:
    We present in the book the results of the study of the potential of the use of music as a means of influence applied in practical psychology. The study is based on the author's concept of a typology of music perception, according to which we developed the projective psycho-diagnostic technique MAST (Musical Associative Self-Actualization Test) and we offer instruction manual. The author describes the scenarios of musical exercises used in the training and during psychological counseling (with examples of specific cases). The book will be interesting to practicing psychologists, specialists in psychodiagnostics, interested in projective psychology, and to professional musicians who are motivated to study the perceptual processes of music perception.
