Abstract:
The article is devoted to the development and justification of a new socio-technical concept - digital organization of labor. The content of the concept of "digital organization of labor" is introduced into scientific use and revealed. The features of its key areas are given, including: development and implementation of network forms of division and cooperation of labor; design of optimal labor processes and systems based on information and communication technologies (ICT); formation of rational labor mobility; development and implementation of sound rules and regulations in the field of digital labor; training of labor agents to work in the digital space; creation of balanced systems of remuneration, attraction and retention of labor agents. The methodological principles of digital organization of labor, as well as approaches to the study and solution of theoretical and practical issues of digital organization of labor are discussed.
