Abstract:
The article deals with the implementation of crowdsourcing technology in public administration. The development and dissemination of information and communication technologies has stimulated collective network creativity, which is based on the involvement of motivated participants for the joint management of socio-political changes. The paper highlights the effective directions of use, formulated the problems and conditions of application of crowdsourcing practice in public administration.
