Abstract:
This publication is a presentation of the results of the second part of the research of the modern world practice of mutual insurance. This part of the work presents a large number of important indicators characterizing the state and development of mutual insurance in the global insurance market as a whole, as well as in the insurance markets of the world's macroregions and in individual countries. The material is presented in the form of tables compiled by the author according to various foreign sources, provided with the necessary comments and conclusions.
The methods of analysis and synthesis of information from various foreign sources, the method of statistical analysis.
The scientific value of this publication lies in the fact that it presents a wide layer of the most modern statistical and financial information on the state of the global mutual insurance market on the basis of sources little known in Russia. Particular attention is paid to the European insurance market, which includes the market of the Russian Federation. In addition, the conclusions and recommendations on the application in Russia of international experience of mutual insurance, using as examples the practice of mutual insurance in developed countries of Europe, North America and Asia, as does China and other developing countries.
