Abstract:
Wage issues are relevant in the context of the development of the Russian economy according to the innovative scenario laid down in the strategic documents. Cash income of the population, the main source of which is remuneration in the form of wages, form the aggregate demand and affect the volume of domestic production. The article reveals the problems in the sphere of regulation of wages, which have a negative impact on the development of the economy, including low wages of GDP, high income differentiation, low share of the middle class, high number of "working poor". According to the results of the study, the directions of actions within the framework of an integrated approach to solving problems in the field of remuneration, taking into account the interests of employees, employers and the state and contributing to the development of the Russian economy on an innovative basis.
