Abstract:
The national innovation system of Russia, in addition to domestic factors, is influenced by positive and negative trends (related largely to globalization) of the current economic and political situation in the world. The article assesses the interaction of the Russian national innovation system with the global environment, reveals the negative effect of sanctions, and also points to the importance of reducing the importance of exports of raw materials and the creation of an economy capable of creating its own products and the development of high-tech production.
