Assessment of economic mechanism of management of technological processes of organic fertilizers production and application in the agricultural sector

Abstract:
The research problem is related to the improvement of management of technological processes of production and application of organic fertilizers using economically effective tools. For this purpose, a block structure of the economic mechanism has been developed, which includes a set of management models, a system of criteria and indicators of process effectiveness, a matrix-competence approach to managing the selection of priority areas and technological processes for the production of organic fertilizers, as well as a transfer control system for resource-saving technological processes and their development scenarios. The matrix of systematization of the integral evaluation of the economic mechanism for managing the technological processes of production and application of fertilizers in the agricultural sector has been proposed. The matrix has been formed according to the levels of implementation of technological processes with segmentation into factor and result indicators, which allow to assess the effectiveness of the functioning of the economic mechanism.
