Abstract:
The article deals with the classification, indicators and methods of assessing the impact of socio-economic factors on the processes of formation and development of human resources in the region. The existing approaches to the consideration of the essence of human resources are analyzed, the author's classification of factors is proposed, among which such groups as social, economic, technical, political and legal are identified and the approximate composition of private indicators for the analysis of the impact of socio-economic factors on the formation and development of human resources in the region is determined. The system of factors estimation including the following stages is proposed: a priori estimation of initial statistical data, modeling of socio-economic phenomena connection. Recommendations on collection and analysis of indicators are given, the technique is presented and the set of statistical methods used in carrying out the complex analysis of social and economic factors allowing to estimate comprehensively the personnel potential and to define its influence on development of the region as a whole and its social and industrial component is proved.
