Abstract:
In the article the model of management of competitiveness of the timber industry enterprises with use of the synergetic approach, taking into account integration and branch features is formed. The management model includes the chain of formation of competitiveness through the transformation of the synergy effects of the integration of development through the competitiveness factors and competitive advantages and competitiveness of enterprises, the comprehensive methodology for the evaluation of competitiveness, algorithm of analysis and management of competitiveness, the methodology of plan-fact and factor analysis, and recommendations to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
