Abstract:
The article is devoted to the study of the actual scientific and practical problem, the mechanism of modernization of technological processes. The main purpose of this article is to study the modernization of technological processes that are subordinate to the time factor in the digital economy. To solve the set goal, the following problems are solved in the article: digital technologies are investigated as a product of new technological transformations; transformation innovative processes with resource overflows are defined; the main principles of dynamic changes to the growth of transformational transitions are formulated; to reveal "creative destruction" in terms of market economy. This article is based on the interdisciplinary management concept while modernizing technological processes, penetrating the economy, creating new products in the process of transformation. Analytical review of theoretical approaches, system, structural, logical, historical methods are used. Analytical reviews, articles of Russian and foreign scientific publications were used for the research. An extensive analysis of the state policy of transformational and reproductive processes expressed in the digital economy has been carried out, which leads to the formation of a new type of economy. It is established that the modernization of technological processes is the basis of the digital economy, where everything is subordinated to the time factor. changing the paradigm of economic thought, turning human capital into the dominant determinant factor. An understanding of "creative destruction" from the point of view of a market economy, the ability to change constantly, to improve from within through the natural displacement of obsolete models is revealed. The materials stated in the article show that the process of technological modernization leads to the transformation of forms, changes in species, properties, production, changing forms of management. Digital technologies are the product of new technological transformations in innovations, coordinate economic development, act as a new force capable of accelerating innovation processes, full-scale penetration into the economy. The main principles of dynamic changes to the growth of transformational transitions are formulated, a model of transformation processes is constructed, capable of influencing innovative technologies, making up a multitude of combinations through influence factors.
