Abstract:
The monograph considers the prerequisites and potential for the development of small-scale (free-range) livestock farming and food production in Russia. We analyze the existing commodity circulation channels, their qualitative and quantitative characteristics, as well as organizational and legal forms adequate to this type of economic entities.
